Returns & Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mercyshairextension@gmail.com and we’ll provide an address where you can send the hair back too.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have received, you may exchange it for a different product within 7 days of receiving it IF you meet all the requirements as follows.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise.
  • After 7 days no exchanges will be allowed

Mercys Hair Extensions has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us).

NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN THAT ARE OVER 7 DAYS OLD AND USED HAIR

No refunds, all sales are final.

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

Return & Exchange Requirements

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product ( you will be contacted after you have notified us by email of the request to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Mailing Companies.  Once the item(s) are shipped, we are not responsible for the mail courier(s) to deliver your product to you nor any returned items back to us.  As we are not in control of the delivery times for Mailing Companies.  We do not guarantee delivery times but only provide delivery times provided to us by the Mailing Companies.
